As part of our mission to spread Uncommon Goodness and give back to the community, Noodles & Company surprised 20 graduates with a Noodles catered party for 50 of their friends and family. While we know firsthand how difficult the past couple of years has been for everyone, we wanted to find a way that we could give back to a community of people who could use some ‘goodness’ sent their way.
Back in April, we asked teachers, principals, or family members across the nation to nominate a student who they think deserved this opportunity and to share their story with us. Many of these students were nominated for achieving good grades, being a first-generation graduate, persevering through the hardships of COVID – 19, or for their genuine uncommonly good character and deeds.
The 20 students who won received five catering gift certificates for $110, as well as 50 reusable Noodles cups, plates, napkins, and decorations including a sign which could be displayed in the yard.
Noodles is proud to acknowledge these students for their hard work and their accomplishments and we are grateful to be able to help them celebrate this milestone.
