FREE SHIFT MEALS & DISCOUNTS
Noodles & Company serves really good food and encourages you to enjoy it. Restaurant team members are offered a free meal, up to a maximum of $10.00, while on duty and a 20% discount when off duty.
PAID TIME OFF
One of our values is to Love Life and we encourage our team members to take advantage of all the various paid time off we offer such as PTO, health days, sick time, holidays and more!
- General Managers and Assistant General Managers receive 10 paid time off (PTO) days per year for their first five years of service and 15 days after 5 years.
- General Managers and Assistant General managers also receive 7 “Health Days” at the beginning of each year to be used as you wish to maintain your mental and physical health.
- After 10 years of consecutive employment at Noodles & Company, General Managers and Assistant General Managers accrue 20 days of PTO and are granted an additional 20 consecutive paid days off which is often referred to as a 10 year anniversary leave.
- We also award 4 paid holidays at the beginning of each year to use for whatever holidays are meaningful to you. In addition to these, all Veteran Team Members are eligible to receive Veteran’s Day off with pay.
- Shift Managers can earn up to 40 hours of PTO per year depending on the number of hours worked per week. And because Noodles & Company recognizes the importance of team members receiving paid time off for their health needs, Shift Managers and Team Members earn up to 40 hours of paid sick time off each year.
SCHOLARSHIPS & EDUCATION ASSISTANCE
We support our team members in their educational pursuits.
We award ten $3,000 scholarships to deserving team members or team member’s children each year. Additionally, Noodles offers $3,500 tuition assistance per year to all team members who want to pursue a college degree with our partner University.
For General Managers, Noodles is also part of the solution in helping pay down student loan debt with a company contribution of $1,000 per year.
FINANCIAL WELLNESS, INSTANT PAY & AUTOMATED SAVINGS
Noodles offers all team members access to a financial wellness platform. This mobile app called Even allows team members to become more financially secure by getting paid instantly when unexpected expenses arise, setting up a savings account for something special or unexpected in the future, viewing how much you’ve earned at any point during the pay cycle, and utilizing a budget that is automatically created for you. This tool provides our team members with the financial freedom to make choices that allow them to love life.

We offer several perks to help our team members keep money in their pockets. Some of these include discounts on travel, electronics, cellular service, pet insurance, concert and event tickets, and more! We also partner with a third party that helps team members save money on work related parking or public transit using pre-tax dollars.

Noodles & Company offers a variety of benefits packages depending on your position. Team members can enroll in both dental and vision benefits separately from their medical benefits. If team members are enrolled in these benefits, they can enroll their dependents including domestic partners.

Noodles Resource Groups (NRGs) provide an opportunity for team members to join together based on shared characteristics or life experiences. At Noodles, our NRGs help make an impact on Noodlers by providing support, raising visibility, having an impact in their community, in addition to providing personal development and career growth. While we’re currently working remotely due to COVID-19, Noodles & Company’s Central Support Office is located at the foot of the Flatirons surrounded by beautiful mountain views. Ours is a unique, casual (jeans every day!) office environment where creativity is encouraged, laughter expected and collaboration promoted. We keep busy here. And we’re not just talking work…we have a lot of fun too! In pre-COVID times, Lunch & Learns, birthday celebrations, breakfasts, special outings like mini golf, the Summer Picnic, Holiday Party, ice cream trucks and more were the norm. These days we’re getting creative with virtual and socially distanced events!
