Kevin Reddy
President & CEO
Kevin Reddy joined Noodles & Company as President in April 2005 with more than 20 years experience working for two of the restaurant industry’s most successful concepts. He was named CEO in May 2006 and provides leadership for more than 150 company and franchise owned restaurants.
Reddy is focused on growing the concept the right way. He is passionate about creating a “genuine” experience by serving honest and wholesome food and building strong personal relationships with guests and communities. Reddy’s vision is evident in the experience being delivered in each Noodles & Company restaurant every day.
Prior to joining Noodles & Company, Reddy was Chipotle’s chief operating officer, chief operations officer and restaurant support officer. He was the company’s first hire after McDonald’s purchased a majority stake in 1998, when it had just 13 locations in one major market. Reddy was instrumental in growing the company to 420 units in 22 states over just seven years.
Reddy joined McDonald’s in 1983 where he began as regional controller and moved into positions of escalating responsibility, including domestic field management, international staff management and home office operations positions. While at McDonald’s, he also held the position of senior regional manager and was responsible for the successful operations of 310 restaurants representing more than $420MM in sales.
Keith Kinsey
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
With more than 30 years of domestic and international operations, financial and executive experience, Keith joined Noodles & Company in 2005. Prior to joining Noodles & Company, he served in an operations leadership role at Chipotle, and has held key management positions at Big Sky Bread, Checker’s Restaurants, Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonalds.
G. Dwayne Chambers
Chief Branding Officer
Dwayne leads Noodles & Company’s brand strategy by overseeing field marketing, public relations and creative development, and providing franchise system brand guidance. He has more than 20 years of experience in the food industry leading marketing teams for Red Robin, Sonic Drive-Ins, and directing the McDonald’s account for Moroch and Associates, Inc.
Wayne Humphrey
Vice President of Franchise Initiatives
Wayne joined Noodles & Company in 2002 with more than 25 years of experience in operating both company and franchise owned restaurant groups. In his current position at Noodles & Company, he is responsible for franchise sales, development and restaurant operations.
Dawn Voss
Chief Administrative Officer
Joining Noodles & Company in 2005, Dawn is responsible for the company’s system-wide human resources, supply chain, QA, culinary and restaurant development & design. She has more than 25 years of operational, human resources and training experience with a number of high-growth, public and private restaurant companies. She was formerly Division VP of Operations at Wendy’s, VP of Operations at Checker’s, and worked with both Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald’s.
Paul Strasen
Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary
Paul joined Noodles & Company in January 2007. He is a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School and practiced corporate and tax law at Bell Boyd & Lloyd in Chicago from 1981 until 1995. Since that time he has worked in the restaurant industry, serving as general counsel of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. from 1995 until 2001 and general counsel of Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. from 2001 to 2007.
